It is imperative that individuals realize the power of nutrition in maintaining a healthy immune system.  Many immune system supplements include other essential vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C, Zinc, or Magnesium.  A daily multi-vitamin is another way to increase the effectiveness of an immune system supplement.
